Our Team

Dr. Marie-Claire Tredinick, Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, received her M.S. and certificate in Periodontics from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

She has been treating a large variety of periodontal diseases in Houston and the Greater Lake Jackson while actively continuing her education into all aspects of periodontology and implant dentistry.

She performs all aspects of periodontics, surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment. These include but are not limited to resective and regenerative periodontal surgery, plastic periodontal surgery and immediate and delayed endosseous implants placement.

Dr. Tredinick is dedicated to providing an excellent service within a warm atmosphere among caring staff.

Jennifer Hanks serves as the Treatment Plan Coordinator and Office Manager at Coastal Periodontics, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their care while ensuring the office runs smoothly each day. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, as well as traveling, visiting the beach, and enjoying the outdoors.

Tammy began her journey in dentistry around 1989 and fell in love with the field, returning to school to study dental hygiene. She has five children and is looking forward to the birth of her 10th grandchild. She enjoys spending time with her poo-winnie, Bobo, and Cyril parrot, Pretty Petey. She loves to cook and paint when she’s not riding around with her husband in his slingshot, also known as the go-cart.

Milagros “Mili” is a Dental Assistant who graduated from Brazosport College with her Dental Assisting license and has been working in the dental field for over a year and a half. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable during their visits and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to exceptional care. Outside of the office, she loves working out at the gym, dancing, cooking, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
